The candle has an appearance and presentation which make it foreseeable that consumers, particularly children, will confuse it with a foodstuff.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product description
Decorative candle with the shape and colour of a fruit, with a small green leaf coming out at the top, packaged in stiff transparent plastic with a label providing details of the importer.
