Cosmic elastic luggage straps — injuries risk

The product poses a risk of injuries because the elasticised cords can be pulled through the metal hook assemblies causing them to recoil. The cords fail at forces of 192, 185, 147 and 184 N whereas the relevant standard requires such straps to withstand 400 N without failing.
