Hazard

The cranks on the affected models can fatigue and break during use, which could result in the user falling from the bike and injuring themselves. The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

Modification programme. Woom requests that owners of the affected woom ORIGINAL, woom OFF or woom OFF AIR please refrain from riding their bikes until the cranks have been replaced by a specialist.
