The mouthpiece and the the anchor points of the bottle strap can easily detach producing small parts A child could put them in the mouth and choke on them.

Product description

White plastic bottle with pink cap, decorated with a toy figure and fitted with a strap to hang the bottle round the neck. It is presented in a transparent plastic bag with a label showing the register number, brand, product reference, bar code, importer's details, etc.
