Hazard

The baby walker has poor construction and has been identified as possessing a lower than permitted seat height, did not have sufficient preventative mechanisms to prevent the product from falling down steps, and did not have the required strength. The product can tip and fall down steps and presents a serious risk of injuries. The product does not meet the requirements of the relevant standard or the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been destroyed at the border.
