Hazard

When the swing or rocker is not in use, their restraint straps can dangle below the seat and non-occupant crawling infants can become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.

Remedy

4moms are proactively making a strap fastener upgrade available to any family, anywhere in the world, that would like one – free of charge. This upgrade is available for MamaRoo infant swing models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037 and all RockaRoo infant rockers (model number 4M-012). You can find your model number embossed on the underside of the base.
