Hazard

This product presents a high risk of injuries as it has been identified as insufficiently stable. If the consumer were to place their child in the swing chair and leave them unattended for any period of time, the chair may tip over and cause the user to receive injuries. This product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
