(Relating to June 2023) Bugaboo Dragonfly Seat Pushchair — injuries risk

Hazard

The product presents a risk of injuries as if the pushchair is unfolded in the ‘parent facing’ position and the backrest is put in a horizontal position without first being adjusted to a fully upright position (as specified in the user instructions), the backrest will not be properly secured. This will then cause the backrest to move past its intended stopping point when the child is placed on the seat. This could potentially lead to a risk of injury. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product was recalled by Bugaboo in June 2023. Products currently for sale via authorised Bugaboo distribution channels, and products purchased since June 2023, are unaffected. Owners with affected products purchased prior to June 2023 should reach out to the Bugaboo Customer Services team via email under [email protected].
