Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of choking as it includes small parts that can detach or break off during reasonably foreseeable use, creating small parts that fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking risk to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
