Hazard

The product presents a serious risk of choking as the zip pulls detach easily from the product, creating small parts. Small parts pose a choking risk to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Remedy

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.

Product description

Blue “ball pit” playpen with multi-coloured balls. The packaging calls the hexagonal ‘surround’ a “Game Fence” but the barcode sticker calls it a “Playpen”.
