Hazard

The product presents a risk of choking as the detachable garment fasteners are small enough to be swallowed and also broke during impact testing. This means they may become lodged in a child’s airway. The product strap is also 322mm, which is longer than the maximum permitted length. This poses a strangulation risk to infants. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Remedy

The product has been recalled from end users by Sheldon International LTD (importer) and withdrawn from the market by the distributor Elizabeth-Anne Children’s Wear Limited. We recommend that you stop using this product immediately and keep it out of reach of small children. Contact the distributor you purchased from for redress.
